Camilla and Francesco, a brother-sister duo, founded Bricco Carlina in 2014 in Grinzane Cavour, Barolo. Their family has owned vineyards in Barolo, Piedmont for generations, but they are the first to produce their own wines under their own label. They studied enology in Piedmont and trained with renowned winemakers in Barolo and Burgundy before starting their winery without a cellar, name, or equipment. Some journalists refer to them as the new Barolo Duo.
